Ginkgo CADx Retina is the extension specialized in automatic eye fundus image stitching and computer aided diagnosis to helps ophthalmologist to take decisions in eye fundus images. Ginkgo CADx Retina incorporates automatic image diagnosis tools to help physicians in retinal diagnosis and avoiding errors originated by bad labeling.
This extension incorporates to Ginkgo CADx importation the ability to perform automatic stitching and labeling of imported images. It also extends standard visualization to add the navigation tool and enhanced visualization modes, like virtual aneritra.
Features
Automatic retinal image stitching
Ginkgo CADx Retina automatically stitches uncalibrated images composing a single image, called mosaic. With a retinal mosaic you have to work only with one image for each eye improving productivity.
Laterality and field recognition
Ginkgo CADx Retina also recognizes image laterality of all imported images. Thanks to this you will avoid problems originated by bad labeling, you don't have to trust in retinography labeling.
If you have two eyes photos mixed, Ginkgo CADx Retina will classify them for you automatically.
Navigation tool
Navigation tool allows you to navigate from the mosaic to the original images, and vice versa, fluently
Virtual aneritra
Transform your standard color images into aneritra images. Aneritra image helps ophthalmologists in diagnosis tasks because injuries are enhanced in aneritra image.
Image calibration
Detection of blood vessels allows Ginkgo CADx Retina to calibrate automatically the image. Working with a calibrated images helps ophthalmologists to measure injuries and compare studies.
Marking tools
Ginkgo CADx Retina provides marking tools like DRS marking tool and macula diagnosis marking tool. This widgets are placed automatically based on papilla and macula situation and image calibration. Ginkgo CADx Retina not only shows the widget, it processes it's position and make reports specialized for macula diagnosis and diabetic retinopathy.
